Description - Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and drive sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Assist in merchandising and replenishing stock on the sales floor to maintain product visibility.
- Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve the sales approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring promotional materials are current and appealing.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Actively participate in promotional events and training sessions.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
