Finding, engaging, and closing sales with potential customers, representing the company's products or services, meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and providing post-sale support, all while adhering to company processes and utilizing sales tools like CRM to manage activities and report on performance . Key tasks include cold calling, product presentation, handling objections, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction, for cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, market research, and networking.
- Sales & Presentation : Present products/services, explain benefits, demonstrate features, and deliver persuasive pitches.
- Customer Engagement : Build rapport, answer questions, handle complaints, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Closing Deals : Negotiate contracts, process orders, and finalize sales to meet targets.
- Reporting & Administration : Maintain accurate records in CRM, track sales metrics, and prepare sales reports.
- Requirement: Has own motorcycle (with Gas Allowance)
