Sales Operations & Reservations Coordinator - Work from Home/Dayshift

An established Australian tourism business is seeking a proactive Sales Operations & Reservations Coordinator to support customer enquiries, reservations and commercial operations. This varied role spans bookings, Salesforce CRM, invoicing, customer communications and digital content updates, making it ideal for an organised all-rounder who enjoys variety and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Manage customer enquiries received via email, website, phone and booking partners.
• Coordinate bookings across multiple boats and reservation channels.
• Maintain accurate booking records, calendars and customer information.
• Manage and maintain customer records and activities within Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare and issue invoices using Xero.
• Coordinate customer communications from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operational delivery.
• Maintain accurate administration and reporting across multiple business systems.
• Assist with website content updates, including availability and promotional information.
• Coordinate social media scheduling, email marketing and other marketing activities using supplied content.
• Support marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives and promotional activities.
• Provide general operational and administrative support as required.

Requirements

• Experience in administration, operations, customer service, sales support or reservations.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using Xero or similar invoicing software is advantageous.
• Exposure to website content management, social media or digital marketing is desirable.
• A proactive, adaptable attitude and the confidence to work across a variety of business functions.
• Experience within tourism, hospitality, travel or another service-based industry will be highly regarded but not essential.
