Quality Assurance Officer (Commissary)

Creative Cuisine Group  is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: Quality Assurance Officer  

- Responsible for inspecting and monitoring food quality, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout commissary operations.

- Ensures that raw materials, production process, finished products, packaging, labeling, and dispatched items meets the company’s standards.

- Maintain quality records, identifies, non-conformities, recommends corrective actions and ensures compliance with food safety policies.

Qualifications:

· At least college level, preferably in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

· At least one (1) year of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, food safety, or commissary operations, preferably with leadership or team coordination experience.

· Knowledgeable in food safety standards, sanitation practices, proper food handling, and quality control procedures.

· Familiar with raw material inspection, food production monitoring, finished product inspection, packaging, labeling, and temperature control.

· Knowledgeable in FIFO/FEFO inventory practices, proper food storage, and product traceability.

· Ability to identify quality defects, food safety risks, and non-conformities, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

· Capable of maintaining accurate quality control records, inspection reports, temperature logs, and other related documentation.

· Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of making sound decisions to ensure product quality and food safety compliance.

· Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with production supervisors, storage personnel, and station heads.

· Willing to work in a fast-paced commissary environment and conduct regular inspections of production, storage, and dispatch areas.

· Must be amenable to be assign at PEACE VALEY SUDLON, LAHUG, CEBU CITY .
