Funeral Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of funeral service operations from planning to execution
• Coordinate with bereaved families to arrange funeral and memorial services based on their preferences, culture, and religion
• Provide guidance and support to families in making informed decisions regarding funeral arrangements and services
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and documentation requirements, including permits and death certificates
• Supervise the preparation, handling, and transportation of the deceased with dignity and respect
• Plan, organize, and oversee funeral services, including viewings, ceremonies, burials, and cremations
• Coordinate with internal staff, clergy, and external service providers to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of funeral arrangements, contracts, and related documentation
• Monitor and manage operational processes to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
• Manage casket inventory, including stock planning, tracking, quality control, and cost monitoring
• Ensure operational readiness and efficiency of funeral service facilities and resources
• Provide continuous support and communication to families throughout the funeral process

Job Requirements

• Graduate in any Business related course
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience, maximum of 2 years in Funeral Service field
