Description - Process and manage billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring all details are correct.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment issues.
- Assist in the reconciliation of billing accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for compliance and reference.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in billing or finance-related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Qualities and Traits: Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
