We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Payroll Support and Implementation Assistant to join our growing team. This role focuses on client onboarding, software implementation, system training, and ongoing customer support.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in HR and payroll systems, work directly with clients, and gradually take ownership of implementation activities as you become familiar with the system and our processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns from existing clients.
• Handle client onboarding and implement ClockSmart.PH for new clients, including account setup, system configuration, and employee data preparation.
• Conduct system walkthroughs, training, and orientation sessions for client administrators.
• Guide clients through ClockSmart features and workflows, including HR management, timekeeping, leave management, and payroll processes.
• Coordinate payroll testing and parallel runs with clients to help validate system outputs before implementation is finalized.
• Troubleshoot basic system usage concerns and coordinate technical issues with the development team when necessary.
• Monitor implementation progress and provide clients with guidance throughout onboarding and after implementation.
• Maintain accurate implementation records, client documentation, and support updates.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve implementation processes and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Confident in conducting online training sessions and explaining software workflows to non-technical users.
• Comfortable learning new software systems and guiding clients through system processes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing assigned tasks independently.
• A genuine interest in HR, payroll, timekeeping, or software implementation.
• Patient, professional, and service-oriented when dealing with clients.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior experience in payroll, HR, customer support, or software implementation is an advantage but not required.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
