Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Having 1–3 years of HR related experience, such as in Organizational Development (OD), Talent Development, or related HR functions, is an advantage. Having experience in organizational restructuring or transformation projects is an advantage. Familiarity with talent review tools (e.g., 9-Box Grid).JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct organizational assessments through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement. Review organizational structures, job roles, and workforce plans, and recommend ways to improve efficiency and productivity. Support talent development programs, succession planning, and competency development initiatives. Assist in performance management by monitoring performance data and helping improve employee and organizational effectiveness. Participate in organizational change and transformation projects while promoting the company's mission, vision, and values. Prepare reports, maintain organizational data and dashboards, and support Organizational Development (OD) projects such as restructuring and workforce planning.
