Product Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new insurance products from concept to launch
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with Actuarial, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams
- Review and enhance existing products to improve profitability and competitiveness
- Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related course
- With relevant experience in Life Insurance
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills
