Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years experience in social media operations, administration, or digital platform management
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and admin tools
- Experience with account governance, access management, and compliance
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Experience with social media management tools preferably Hootsuite
- Familiarity with APIs, domain verification, and platform integrations
- Background in data validation, audits, or web scraping outputs
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Knowledge & Experience in Ticket Triage & Operational Support
- Conduct audit checks on AI-generated outputs and ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Proficient in Social Media Account Management across different platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Giphy, LinkedIn, Linktree, Reddit, Snapchat, Tenor, TikTok, Twitch, Vimeo, and Hootsuite
- Ensuring compliance with platform policies, legal requirements, and brand standards, including implementing safeguards like age-gates and legal disclaimers.
- Access & Security Administration - Configure, maintain, and manage social media platform integrations, account settings, access permissions, technical configurations, and social URL governance across various digital channels.
- Brand & Market Support - Manage market page configurations, support brand account setup and transitions, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
