Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and provide product support.
- Manage orders, updates, and service-related requests.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Must have 1 year of BPO experience
- Must be amenable to work onsite at our GH Tower Site
- Open for night shift
- Must be living within the ff: Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Antipolo, Marikina (for strict compliance)
- Can start ASAP
- Up to 25K Package
