Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in the production and processing of tobacco products
- Operate and monitor basic production machinery
- Perform sorting, weighing, and packaging of finished goods
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area
- Follow strict safety and health protocols in handling materials
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Report any machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor
- Support other production and warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- With or without experience (manufacturing experience is an advantage)
- Willing to work in a tobacco manufacturing environment
- Capable of handling repetitive/manual tasks
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime
- Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
