- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors ensuring they perform tasks correctly and promptly.
- Planning daily work schedules, project tasks and resource allocation and project timelines are met.
- Reviewing construction plans and specifications to maintain accuracy and quality of the work performed.
- Conducting regular site inspections to enforce adherence to safety and building regulations.
- Communicating effectively with project managers, architects engineers and other stakeholders about progress and any issues on site.
- Problem-solving on-site issues and making quick decisions to prevent project delays.
- Maintaining detailed records of construction processes worker attendance and project cost.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Leadership
- Knowledge of health and safety regulation.
- Work experience at the same field.
- Communication skills.
