About the Role

Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of business process outsourcing and office support services in the Philippines, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.

We're looking for an HR Compliance Analyst for a leading North American business services organization based in the Philippines to support the client's Human Resources team in maintaining compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across North America.

As a member of the Human Resources team, you'll be responsible for conducting HR compliance audits, reviewing HR processes and documentation, monitoring regulatory compliance, preparing audit reports, and supporting continuous process improvements that strengthen HR governance.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting HR compliance audits across Employee Relations, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, onboarding, and personnel records
• Reviewing HR processes, documentation, and employment practices to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Identifying compliance risks, preparing audit reports, maintaining compliance documentation, and recommending corrective actions
• Supporting employee relations compliance reviews, investigations, and documentation requirements
• Auditing recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations
• Partnering with Payroll, Benefits, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support compliance initiatives and internal audits
• Preparing compliance dashboards, audit summaries, trend analyses, and maintaining audit logs and corrective action trackers
• Monitoring employment law updates and recommending improvements to HR policies, controls, and operational processes
• Maintaining strict confidentiality when handling employee and company information

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Compliance, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience reviewing HR documentation and identifying compliance risks
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours in support of the North America HR organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR compliance initiatives across Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour regulations, and other employment compliance requirements
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as Paycom or other Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
• Experience conducting internal audits or compliance reviews
• Familiarity with California employment law and multi-state HR practices
• Experience supporting a multi-location or multi-state workforce
