Description - Prepare and analyze financial reports for plant operations.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory and production variances.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with plant management to optimize financial performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional plant visits.
