Social Media Manager

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand / product awareness and customer engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries to foster customer relationships.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to develop engaging marketing content aligned with brand voice
- Qualities and Traits: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects
