K*CORE RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. *Sales Growth*: Drive sales growth and build long-term relationships with key hospital accounts.
2. *Business Development*: Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the North Luzon region.
3. *Product Presentation*: Coordinate sales presentations and conduct hands-on product demonstrations.
4. *Customer Support*: Collaborate with internal support teams to guarantee top-tier customer satisfaction.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the electronic service provider or fintech industry.
- Strong familiarity with digital payment solutions (e.g., e-wallets, billers, POS systems) and understanding of fintech transaction workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and sales performance tracking skills.
- Exceptional ability to manage high-value client portfolios, develop account strategies, and nurture long-term, profitable partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of mobile wallets and adaptability in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. (Knowledge of merchant APIs and POS integration is a strong advantage).
- Capability to evaluate account performance, identify market trends, and continuously optimize account management processes.
