Sr. Analyst, GBS Process & Digital Transformation

Senior Analyst supporting Global Business Services process and digital transformation within Customer Care. Drives strategic transformation initiatives, process standardization, and digital enablement across operations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects from opportunity identification through implementation and benefit realization
- Identify process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities aligned with strategic priorities
- Facilitate Lean events, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving activities
- Support business case development, roadmaps, and executive communication on transformation progress
- Drive process harmonization across regions while partnering with operations and digital teams
Requirements
- Expertise in process transformation, continuous improvement, and Lean methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects and change management initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with process optimization frameworks (DMAIC, A3, RCCM)
- Proficiency in business case development and transformation roadmap planning
- Ability to facilitate collaboration between operations, IT, digital, and automation teams
- Knowledge of digital enablement, process automation, and scalable operating models
