The Risk Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s risk management framework by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks that may impact business operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures alignment with Philippine laws, industry regulations, and enterprise risk management (ERM) standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
- Amenable to work in Ayala Makati
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or insurance/financial services
- Experience in non-life insurance or banking is an advantage
- With leadership or supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Develop and implement the company’s risk management framework and policies
- Establish risk appetite, tolerance levels, and risk governance structures
- Identify key operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks
- Analyze risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards, and key risk indicators (KRIs) to senior management
- Collaborate with Internal Audit on risk-based audits
- Support board-level reporting and risk committee requirements
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP)
