Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for providing simple to moderately complex support to the day-to-day time and labor process and ensure the accurate posting of timecard transactions based on relevant policies, regulations, and standard processes.

• Performs simple to complicated time and labor processes to support the overall timekeeping services in compliance with methodologies, relevant regulations, and established standards.
• Gathers and Reviews timesheets and verifies attendance or hours worked in line with standard methodologies and processes.
• Performs weekly close process to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions.
• Provides support on extracting period-end reports such as post-payroll reports based on the stakeholder’s requirements.
• Runs regular reports for timekeeping transactions.
• Answers simple to complicated timekeeping inquiries using company systems based on standard procedures.
• Escalates and analyzes identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintains the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporates documentation updates as required.
• Performs simple to complicated routinary tasks in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Assesses identified issues and collates documentation to assist in investigating and resolving common and recurring issues
• Contributes and supports in generating simple CI initiatives to streamline processes
• Performs ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned.
• Monitor, review and validate Oracle Time & Labor Interface reports
• Process simple and complicated SNOW requests pertaining to timekeeping, including monitoring and closing of cases. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools 
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of Timekeeping processes and procedures.
• Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge in HR Systems, preferably Oracle, ADP, and ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools
