Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy information, claims status, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.
- Process policy updates, account changes, and customer requests accurately.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, and company policies clearly and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
- Escalate complex claims or policy-related concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
