About Us
Triad manages vacation rentals and handles the money behind them: guest payments, owner payouts and the trust accounts in between. We’re a small team that relies on people who can own their work.
The Role
We need an experienced trust accountant who already knows short-term rental accounting and Clearing. You’ll keep our trust accounts accurate and reconciled, get owners paid correctly and on time, and fix billing issues for guests and owners. Most days you’ll work on your own with little supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Manage trust accounting in Clearing, including reconciliations, owner payouts and monthly owner statements
- Reconcile Airbnb and other booking channel payouts against reservations and bank deposits
- Process refunds, adjustments, invoices and owner charges
- Find and fix discrepancies before they become problems
- Answer billing questions and disputes from guests and owners in clear, professional English
- Keep accurate records and point out process gaps you think we should fix
Requirements (all required)
- Hands-on experience with Clearing (getclearing.co)
- Trust accounting experience, ideally in vacation rentals or property management
- Short-term rental industry experience
- Airbnb experience, including payouts, resolution center and channel reporting
- Native-level written and spoken English
- A proven ability to work independently, manage your own deadlines and hit them
