Key Responsibilities - Receive, assess, and respond to customer concerns regarding rented heavy equipment.
- Coordinate service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities with the workshop and field service team.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding equipment status, repair progress, and expected completion timelines.
- Ensure all service concerns are properly documented and resolved in a timely manner.
