Property Asset Supervisor

Description - Oversee and manage property assets to ensure optimal performance and value enhancement.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties to identify maintenance needs and opportunities.
- Develop and implement property management strategies and budgets.
- Foster relationships with tenants and address any leasing or occupancy issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and improvement projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in property management or related roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple properties and projects concurrently
