We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Sales Associate who will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a botique.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to grow the client base
- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with existing clients
- Presenting the company's products and services in a compelling and informative way
- Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and transactions
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
- A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for delivering great service
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
