- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Process orders and track shipments accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
