POSITION: PROCESS, SYSTEMS, AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Excellence & Optimization
- Review, analyze, and improve business processes to increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across functions.
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation and standards.
Systems & Business Analysis
- Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams for system enhancements and implementations.
- Support system configuration, testing, user acceptance, and deployment.
Project Management & Delivery
- Support or lead projects related to process improvement and system implementation.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate tasks and stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Change & Transition Management
- Support change management activities, including user communications and training.
- Help ensure smooth transition from current to new processes or systems.
- Address adoption issues and recommend corrective actions.
Governance, Reporting & Collaboration
- Establish basic governance, tracking, and reporting for initiatives and projects.
- Prepare progress updates, analysis, and recommendations for management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in process improvement, systems implementation & analysis, or business analysis, project management within large enterprises or shared services.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
