Location: Taguig, Manila Worksetup: Hybrid/WFH setup which is negotiable Salary: Php 120,000 – Php 150,000k Job description:
- Configuring and administering core ServiceNow modules,
- developing custom automated workflows, optimizing service desk operations to align with KPIs, and
- translating stakeholder requirements into clear technical documentation and training programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 years and above of experience in ITSM or ServiceNow administration.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
- Familiarity with Freshservice, Freshdesk, or similar ITSM tools.
- Experience in SaaS administration and workflow automation.
- Ability to lead process optimization and service delivery improvement initiatives.
