Monitor and resolve incidents/service requests in ServiceNow queue Perform configuration updates, enhancements, and system maintenance Conduct system health checks and assist with upgrades Configure workflows, rules, notifications, and integrations Support HRSD and ITSM processes including Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management Recruitment Process: Initial Interview 2nd Interview Job OfferVacancy posted a month ago
