Junior Business Development Executive – Commission-Based
Location: Manila, Cebu or Pampanga, Philippines
Hours: 5 hours per week, with a flexible schedule
DiverseJobsMatter (DJM) helps employers connect with a diverse UK candidate audience. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to introduce our recruitment advertising services to prospective clients and build relationships with decision-makers across a wide range of UK organisations.
This part-time role offers flexibility in how you organise your five working hours each week.
What you’ll do
- Identify and contact prospective employers and decision-makers across the UK
- Introduce DJM’s job advertising and employer-branding services
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the sales team
- Follow up on enquiries and proposals
- Keep lead and client activity up to date in our CRM
- Build a pipeline of prospective clients
- Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and engage with prospects
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with business contacts by phone, email and online
- A proactive, organised approach and motivation to meet targets
- Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Sales, customer service or business development experience is helpful, but not essential
Commission
This is a commission-only opportunity. Commission is earned on qualifying sales. The commission structure, qualifying criteria and payment terms will be explained during recruitment.
