Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide an amazing, personalized experience for each customer
- Effectively and proactively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues through emails, livechat and calls
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
- Quick to identify solutions in the best interest of both; the customer and the company
- Take full ownership and follow up closely with customer queries
- Be proactive in providing the best solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensure feedback flows to various teams in ZALORA to improve our services
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
- Proficiency in English; additional languages will be a definite plus (Malay/Mandarin/Cantonese)
- Proven working experience in the related field
- Previous working experience in e-commerce related environment
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to work on alternate weekends
