Job Title: Customer Agent Representative (Hybrid)
Industry: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Rotating / Shifting Schedule
Compensation: Php 30,000 – Php 40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Work Arrangement:
Training Period: Onsite
Post-Training: Hybrid

Qualifications:
- Open to candidates without a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2–3 years BPO / call center experience
- Willing to work on a rotational schedule
- Open to face-to-face interviews when required
- Willing to complete onsite training
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support by delivering personalized solutions to commercial banking clients
- Ensure strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards
- Serve as the main phone-based contact for client concerns related to banking products and services
- Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Carry out other operational tasks as assigned by management
