Assistant Infection Control Nurse

Calamba Medical Center, Inc. are looking for a ASSISTANT INFECTION CONTROL NURSE , who are willing to relocate at Calamba City, Laguna
Responsibility:
- Furthering the IC policy by educating the employees.
- Collection of surveillance data.
- Helping implement IC policies.
- Reports all immediate Notifiable Disease within 24 hrs to City Health Office.
- Organizes data collection and gathers epidemiological data for documentation purposes.
- Represent the hospital to the DOH and City Health Office in regards of surveillance and outbreaks (if any) in the hospital.
- Conduct rounds to ER, Wards and special areas for collection of notifiable diseases.
- Assists in other infection control committee program.

Qualification:
- Graduated of BS Nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- With at least 1 year of Hospital experience.
- Good decision making skills.
- Communicative.
- Must be computer literate.
- willing to start asap.
