Leasing Specialist

- Assist prospective Clients in finding rental properties.
- Conduct property tours and explain lease terms.
- Manage lease agreements and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive.
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations and policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in leasing or property management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills, initiative, and excellent time management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage leasing contracts, conduct property tours, and assist clients with lease paperwork.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, with some fieldwork required.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, personable, and detail-oriented team player.
