EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR Generalist or Employee Relations experience.
- Solid understanding of Philippine Labor Laws, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and DOLE compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Able to work from Monday to Saturday.
