- Retrieve and prepare merchandise for shipment by selecting and packing items according to order specifications.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and clean working environment by disposing of packaging materials properly.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track items and assist in stock control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and improve efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center role.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
