Procurement Manager

Responsibilities: - Plan and execute sourcing strategies that guarantee the best costs of materials for the company.
- Maintaining a relationship with suppliers while continually sourcing additional vendors.
- Communicate with the Client regularly the efficient flow of supplies materials affecting overall production.
- Develop risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of material shortage.
- Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, and maintain logs and reports on procurement activities.
- Foster long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers who provide the best offers during supply chain procurement.
- Finalize product purchases and follow up on its timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and deals with sellers and distributors during procurement with existing potential suppliers and review the present contracts to ensure the future scope of business procurement and vendor management.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to the Client materials supplier's facilities to verify production capacity and quality standards of goods.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics anbd other related courses
- With 5-10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain
- With at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
