Description - Provide bilingual support to customers in Vietnamese and English.
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone and email.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve personal skills through training and feedback.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency.
- Skills and Competencies: Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
