Duties And Responsibilities
- Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panel mounting, wiring, and system connection.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure proper system operation.
- Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for accurate installation.
- Conduct maintenance and inspection of installed solar PV systems.
- Assist in site assessment and preparation prior to installation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of materials.
- Prepare installation reports and required documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and team members on project requirements.
- Provide basic user guidance on system operation and safety.
- Other tasks that the Engineering Head/VP - Operations may assign
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technology or completion of Electrical Vocational Course.
- 12 years experience in electrical works, solar PV installation, or construction (preferred); fresh graduates with relevant training may be considered.
- Knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems and ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience in solar rooftop installation, panel mounting, and wiring is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and repair skills.
- Physically fit, willing to work outdoors and at heights.
- Strong teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing work schedules.
- With valid Drivers License and able to drive.
- Flexible, willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
