Construction Project Manager - Philippines

**Pay:** ₱50,000.00 - ₱70,000.00 per month

Must-Haves:

* **Strong Written Communication**– Solid written English skills for coordinating with customers, contractors, and field teams.
* **High Attention to Detail**– Sharp enough to catch discrepancies in POs, accounting data, and profit margins before they go out.
* **Excellent Organizational Skills**– Able to track unapproved bids and floating items without relying on system reminders.
* **Microsoft Suite Proficiency**– Comfortable working across Teams, Excel, and Word every day.
* **Excel Know-How**– Confident building and using formulas to calculate percentages and profit margins.
* **Independent & Proactive**– Takes initiative, self-assigns tasks, and doesn't need micromanaging.

Nice-to-Haves:

* **BuilderTrend or Procore Experience**– Familiarity with construction management software is a plus (fully trainable).
* **Advanced Excel Skills**– Experience with formulas and IF statements is a bonus.
* **Spanish Language Skills**– A plus for building rapport with a broader range of field contacts.
* **Construction Industry Background**– Prior project management or admin experience in residential construction, remodeling, or renovations.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Your responsibilities include:

End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management

* Take full ownership of managing 30 to 50 simultaneous projects from start to finish
* Handle a wide range of project scales, from quick 2-day jobs to longer 50-day builds
* Receive scopes of work from customers (usually PDF or Word) and convert them into the company's Excel scope-of-work format
* Enter new jobs into BuilderTrend and upload finalized scopes of work
* Track project statuses and change orders so no detail gets lost in the shuffle

Financial & Administrative Operations

* Input data into Excel templates using formulas to calculate percentages and profit margins
* Cross-reference data fields (e.g., matching PO totals to project cost limits) before sending out POs
* Catch discrepancies before purchase orders go out—once they're sent, there's no coming back
* Generate and issue POs to contractors directly through BuilderTrend
* Prepare and submit daily bids using information provided by field managers

Inbox & Communication Management

* Monitor 10-15 shared customer email inboxes for new job assignments and updates
* Manage a personal inbox used for BuilderTrend project notifications
* Chat with field construction managers throughout the day via Microsoft Teams
* Acknowledge and action daily BuilderTrend notifications, like bid requests
* Generate and submit invoices to customers via email or their platform

Proactive Follow-Ups & Documentation

* Independently track floating or unapproved items (like an unconfirmed bid) and follow up after 48-72 hours
* Document every action, note, and communication in BuilderTrend—if it's not in the software, it didn't happen
* Adapt to demanding, high-volume workloads during the busy summer construction season
* Support management with data entry tasks during slower periods
