Job Title: Field Collector
As a Field Collector, you’ll be responsible for collecting outstanding payments from clients in person. You will visit customer locations, negotiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous collections or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
