About The Role We’re looking for a confident, reliable, and tech-savvy Texting Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll use a variety of communication platforms to engage with leads via SMS with the goal of scheduling in-person appointments. You’ll manage multiple conversations at once, assist in tracking lead responses, update call records, and ensure that all client-facing communication is timely and effective. This role is ideal for someone who excels at written communication, enjoys a fast-paced and structured environment, and is comfortable navigating multiple tools and systems throughout the day. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and team members
- Follow up with clients via SMS regarding scheduling queries
- Maintain and organize internal spreadsheets, trackers, and project docs
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with all clients
- Support the daily operations of the team
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (must be C2 fluent)
- Very comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients and leads
- Highly reliable and detail-oriented
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable working independently
