Senior Graphic Designer — Multi-Brand Creative | Part-Time Contractor | Remote

If your portfolio spans campaign concepts, editorial layouts, credentials decks, and brand systems — and you're equally comfortable designing in Adobe Creative Cloud as you are building a HubSpot CMS page from scratch — this is a role built around the full range of what a senior creative can actually do. This is a full-time contractor engagement working remotely from the Philippines for a multi-brand advertising agency, with output that spans agency house work and a roster of active client brands.

THE ROLE

This is a senior creative position inside a fast-moving agency environment where your work directly shapes the visual identity of multiple brands simultaneously. You will own end-to-end creative output — from campaign concepting and long-form editorial design through to digital production, social assets, presentation systems, and HubSpot builds — while also setting the quality bar for a Junior Graphic Designer whose external-facing work you will review and guide daily. The scope is broad, the standards are high, and the expectation is that you bring structure and rigour alongside creative execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create campaign concepts, presentation and template systems, and long-form editorial assets including e-books and credentials decks for the agency and its clients.
• Produce social media assets, digital creative, sales collateral, and website or landing page creative managed through the shared Notion queue.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across multiple client and agency brands, ensuring every deliverable meets brief requirements and brand guidelines without exception.
• QA the Junior Graphic Designer's external-facing and priority work for brief alignment, brand consistency, copy accuracy, correct dimensions, and export quality, delivering structured feedback within the daily one-hour shift overlap.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter marketing assets and maintain clean, well-organised editable source files with disciplined version control.
• Design and build HubSpot CMS pages and email templates, applying the same brand and quality standards applied to every other deliverable.
• Flag incomplete briefs or blockers early through the Notion queue system and communicate proactively with the Marketing Coordinator and hiring manager to keep work moving.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — demonstrated through portfolio work, not self-reported; this is a non-negotiable baseline.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design capability, including the ability to build master template systems and credentials decks from scratch rather than adapting existing ones.
• A strong senior-level portfolio showing excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy across a range of deliverable types — portfolio submission is mandatory at application.
• Demonstrated experience in an agency, B2B, or multi-brand environment with a proven ability to switch between distinct brand identities without losing consistency in any of them.
• Hands-on experience with long-form asset design — e-books, editorial layouts, credentials decks — not a background limited to social and digital production.
• Working proficiency in Canva, Figma, Notion, and HubSpot CMS specifically for website design and email template creation.
