Responsibilities - Perform budget reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage multi-sheet budgets and perform error detection and data validation in Excel
- Organize and restructure financial data for reporting purposes
- Create charts, graphs, and presentation-ready visuals for financial presentations
- Conduct accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Manage files and perform data entry
- Support social media management with occasional organic posting and content creation
- Utilize tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Suites, Zoom, Monday.com, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Canva, Asana, and Acuity Scheduling
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in budget reconciliation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including multi-sheet management, error detection, data validation, and visual creation
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suites, and relevant project management tools
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Experience in file management and data entry
- Ability to create basic social media content and manage organic posting (low volume)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
