- Manage validated orders by ensuring accurate entry and processing.
- Ensure the accuracy of orders before they are confirmed for processing and shipment.
- Maintain and manage customer records, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
- Transfer orders to the appropriate courier for delivery in a timely manner.
- Oversee the delivery process to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Investigate reasons for failed deliveries, resolve issues, and manage follow-up procedures.
- At least College Level
- At least 40 WPM Typing Speed
- Willing to start ASAP
- Computer Literate
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
