I am looking to hire a creative and reliable person to help with my TikTok affiliate marketing program . The main goal of this role is to create engaging product-focused TikTok content that helps promote products, drive interest, and support affiliate sales.
The ideal person understands TikTok trends, short-form video content, product promotion, and how to create videos that feel natural, fun, and scroll-stopping without being overly salesy.
This person will help create content for products that I promote through affiliate links, where sales generated from the content may earn commission.
Responsibilities
The person hired will help with:
Creating short TikTok product videos for affiliate products
Finding creative angles to showcase product benefits
Creating simple product demos, product highlights, and “why you need this” style videos
Writing short captions, hooks, and calls to action
Adding text overlays, sale banners, emojis, and attention-grabbing wording
Creating content that feels organic, not overly scripted
Following TikTok best practices for affiliate/product content
Helping identify product features that make people want to click or purchase
Staying aware of TikTok trends, viral product styles, and popular formats
Making sure videos are clean, professional, and ready to post
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be:
Creative, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable creating short-form TikTok-style videos
Familiar with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or product promotion
Able to create content that grabs attention quickly
Good with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Clipchamp, TikTok editor, or similar platforms
Able to write catchy hooks and product captions
Comfortable working with product images, product clips, stock footage, or provided product information
Aware of TikTok content guidelines and able to avoid exaggerated or misleading claims
