- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
- Train new staff on restaurant policies and customer service protocols.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in restaurant management or supervision
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of inventory management procedures
- Qualities and Traits: Proficiency in English language
