Site Supervisor

- Oversee daily operations on sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor hours, materials used, and safety incidents.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HVAC industry supervision role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in supervising construction teams, knowledge of HVAC systems, and understanding of BOSH (Building and Other Similar Structures).
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage project schedules, oversee site activities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
