Job Title: AI-First IT / Software Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an adaptable and highly resourceful IT professional / software developer who understands that modern development is no longer just about memorizing programming languages.

Our main focus is finding someone who knows how to learn quickly, solve problems, and effectively leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Gemini, and other AI coding assistants to build, troubleshoot, improve, and automate software solutions.

You do not need to be an expert in one particular programming language. What matters most is having strong technical fundamentals, logical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to use AI intelligently as part of your development workflow.

We are looking for someone who treats AI as a productivity multiplier , not simply a tool for copying and pasting code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software, internal tools, automations, integrations, and IT systems.
• Use AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Gemini, and similar platforms to accelerate development and problem-solving.
• Create effective prompts and provide proper context to AI systems to generate reliable code, documentation, technical solutions, and debugging strategies.
• Review, test, validate, and improve AI-generated code before deploying it.
• Quickly learn unfamiliar programming languages, frameworks, APIs, libraries, and systems when required.
• Compare outputs from different AI models and determine which approach or solution is technically appropriate.
• Debug application issues using both traditional development techniques and AI-assisted workflows.
• Research new technologies and identify opportunities to automate repetitive business or technical processes.
• Integrate APIs, databases, third-party services, and AI platforms when needed.
• Document systems, workflows, prompts, architecture, and development processes clearly.
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI development tools and adopt useful technologies into the company's workflow.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software development concepts.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Java, C#, or similar.
• Ability to understand and modify code even when working with unfamiliar languages or frameworks.
• Practical experience using AI tools for coding, debugging, research, automation, or software development.
• Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to provide AI models with clear instructions, context, constraints, examples, and expected outputs.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
