About the Role

You will look after a portfolio of US clients using an in house marketing platform, and your job is to make sure they actually get value out of it. That starts with onboarding: connecting their website and social accounts, setting up features like CTA pop ups, and walking them through how the platform works. It does not stop there. Once they are running, you are the person they come to for advice on what to post, how often, what their email campaigns should say, and why their landing page is not converting.

A lot of that advice turns into work you do yourself. You will write marketing copy for emails, social posts, landing pages and campaigns. You will build content examples and templates clients can adapt. You will put together onboarding guides and tutorials that answer the questions you keep getting asked, so clients can help themselves next time.

You will build real breadth across social, email, SEO, GEO and paid, and develop the much rarer skill of being able to explain any of it to someone who does not do marketing for a living. That combination is what turns a marketing executive into a marketing consultant, and it travels well.

You will also be close to the product. Client feedback you collect goes to the people who build the platform, so what you hear actually changes what gets made.

What You'll Be Doing

• Onboarding new clients onto the platform, from account connection through to feature setup, and making sure they know how to use it

• Advising clients on social media planning, posting frequency, content calendars and audience engagement

• Writing and refining marketing copy for emails, social posts, website content, landing pages and campaigns

• Creating content examples, templates and creative assets clients can adapt for their own marketing

• Giving practical guidance on SEO, keyword research, GEO (visibility in AI powered search), email campaigns and paid advertising

• Answering client questions, troubleshooting setup issues, and escalating technical requests to the right internal team

• Building onboarding materials, user guides and tutorials that reduce the questions coming back to you

• Tracking platform adoption and feeding client feedback and feature requests to the product team

What You'll Need

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, marketing operations, customer success or a closely related role

• Experience dealing directly with external clients, including over calls and video, not only internal stakeholders

• Strong written English and genuine copywriting ability. Writing marketing copy is a regular part of this job, not an occasional extra

• Hands on experience across at least two of the following: social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, or creative content production

• A good working understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and how different channels bring in and hold an audience

• The ability to explain marketing concepts and software clearly to people with very different levels of experience

• Comfortable picking up new software quickly and then teaching it to someone else

• Available to work 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday, on an ongoing basis

Nice to Have

• Experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management or SaaS support

• Background in B2B marketing, fintech, trading or other technology driven industries

• Experience running software demonstrations, training sessions or webinars

• Basic design skills and the ability to create marketing assets independently in Canva, Figma or similar

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Intercom, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Beehiiv, Brevo, Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager

• Experience writing help documentation, tutorials or educational content

• Understanding of GEO and AI powered search visibility

Before You Apply

This role needs three things together: at least 2 years in a marketing or customer success role, real copywriting ability, and genuine comfort advising clients directly.
